Carmen Hamlin KI4OSJ grew up in Floyd County and still lives there on the family farm with her husband, Steve, and her daughter Haleigh.  Carmen received Bachelor’s degree from UNC-Wilmington and has experience in customer service, accounting and administration.  She enjoys sports, crafting and music.
